Pressure atomizer spray drying is characterized by the production of coarse particles, easy maintenance. Because the nozzle hole is small and easy to block, the feed liquid must be strictly filtered. The nozzle hole is easy to wear and must be made of wear-resistant material. There is also a new structure of the pressure nozzle, called the pressure-air flow nozzle. It is characterized by a pressure nozzle in the center and an air flow nozzle in the surrounding environment. Atomization is divided into two stages: the pressure nozzle first forms a liquid film, which is atomized by the airflow for the second time to make the droplets finer. The advantages of this type of nozzle are:(1) Adjust the pressure of the compressed air, and the diameter of the droplets can be adjusted, and the operation is simple;(2) The large-output, high-viscosity material liquid can also be atomized into fine droplets; 3 If compressed air is deactivated, the original pressure nozzle can also be used.
 
Airflow atomizer is mainly used in laboratories and intermediate factories, and its power consumption is large. The first two atomizers can not be atomized liquid, the use of air-flow atomizer may be atomized. High viscosity paste, paste and cake materials can be atomized using a three-fluid nozzle.

Fluidized Bed Dryer
 
Fluidized bed dryers and fluidized bed dryers with internal heat exchange. When the fluidized bed is used to dry the powder and granular materials that are easy to unite or agglomerate, the phenomenon of fluidization difficulty will occur in the feeding section with relatively large water content. At this time, the stirrer is set in the feeding section to eliminate the agglomeration problem and achieve normal fluidization. The latter is a combination of conductive heat transfer and convective heat transfer. When the amount of hot air used in the normal fluidized state is far from meeting the heat required for drying, an internal heat exchanger is used to supply part or most of the heat. This operation mode can significantly save energy. There are many forms of internal heat exchangers. Fluidized beds are also frequently used in second and third stage dryers for combined drying.
 
Vibration is applied to an ordinary fluidized bed, which is called a vibrating fluidized bed. Vibration fluidization can be divided into two categories from the generation of vibration sources: one is the vibration motor drive; the other is the ordinary motor through the excitation box to make the spring vibrate. When the size of the vibrating fluidized bed is large, the latter effect is better.
